Ideal to treat masonry surfaces, stone in particular, this method consists of the low-pressure spraying of an abrasive mixture using compressed air. The choice of abrasive will depend on the hardness of the surface to be treated as well as the desired finish. Several airscrubbers are available in the MGC’s equipment fleet.

Adaptability is at the heart of MGC’s highest standards, whatever the surface to be treated: we never alter the siding on which we are working and always seek the best working techniques available.

Heritage Restoration

Quebec’s heritage is full of monuments and masonry buildings that we have been proud to clean for many years. Our techniques do not damage the finish of the brick or stone (patina, baked-on layer) and respect the most stringent environmental standards.

  • Brick masonry elements
  • Stone masonry elements

Removal of Various Types of Dirt

Our microscrubbing techniques can remove all types of contaminants from all masonry and concrete surfaces. By combining the right abrasive and the right pressure on the right work equipment, our team of trained technicians will be able to treat the surface, whether it is:

  • Glue and asphalt coating
  • Wax
  • Paint
  • Rust stains
  • Pollution
  • Lichen and organic mosses
  • Efflorescence and surface salts
